Generate a PDF report from template

Usage

generate_pdf_report(
  filepath,
  user_title,
  user_date,
  metric_scores,
  template_name,
  raw_data = NULL,
  comparison_metrics = NULL
)

filepath: Output file path.
user_title: Report title.
user_date: Sampling date.
metric_scores: Metric scores data frame.
template_name: Name of the Rmd template file.
raw_data: Optional raw taxa data frame passed to the data summary template as params$raw_data. Ignored for the full report template.
comparison_metrics: Optional data frame of metric scores from other wetlands, used to build comparison boxplots in both report templates. Defaults to an empty 0-row data frame when NULL.
